Went to Melaka (Malacca) early yesterday. It took about 2 hours of drive to reach Melaka town from Kuala Lumpur. Boy, was it burning hot yesterday! I should’ve brought a large hat with me..
Anyway, the first thing I did when I arrive there was to stop by the famous Tan Kim Hock shop, where you could find a heck lots of locally produced food made out of local items too. (ie. coconut, durian etc). These were the few shots I took:

The entrance

The inside of the shop. The items were arranged like a temple, no?

The man himself, Dr. Tan Kim Hock

My RM120 worth of tidbits. LOL
A note of advice: When you’re in Melaka, you should really stop by Tan Kim Hock. There’s so much foods to buy!
There was a group of Singaporean tourist in the shop too, going crazy over chewing gums! LOL
Well that’s about it for today. Will try to post the rest of the photos later. Hope you enjoyed the photos. I went so far to take photos for your viewing pleasures, you know. *heehee*

The temple cans are cool! The store looks really colorful but I would be afraid to take a can from one of the stacks!
