No, I did not teleported myself like Hiro.
Instead, I managed to get myself into exercising mood and ditched the diet pills! Yeeeeehar!
Oh, pardon me for the excitement but I am SOOOOOO proud of myself today. Probably because I got a new haircut and it made me feel sexy – to do aerobics that is. LOL! I don’t know how long I’m gonna stick to this exercising mood tho, since the last time I was in the mood of “slimming”, I wasted money on the thing that I’ve only used FOUR times. But I’m pretty sure I’m gonna stick to this exercising mood.
I swear promise to try!
(If I could lose LOTS of weight before Christmas, that would be THE BEST gift I’ve ever get for myself. Amen!)

Good for you. I know it’s hard to stick to exercising but don’t give up. I struggle at times just trying to keep to my running routine and I’ve made up so many excuses to not run but so far, I’ve been sticking to my running. The rewards are great to see …

veggies all day..
I’ve been on veggies since the day I stay with this family..
forget those rice
forget those carbonated drink
forget those meat and oily meal…
I’ve lost 10 kgs…
and I cried inside because I really miss malaysian food!!
Cindy: Oh yes, I believe in eating veggies only to lose weight. I’ve tried that during the month of Lent (puasa for Catholic). But honestly, I cannot tahan lah if takde meat..

yea, I cant help living without meat even for a week.. but I guess I can cope with that now.

Good for you Cindy! Actually if you go up and down the staircase a few times a day I think it should help a lot too – that’s how I kept losing weight.

Cindy: Oh yah, going up and down the stairs helps a lot too definitely.. but as for now, my kaki and betis all sakit wanna even walk up/down the stairs. LOL!
