Here I am again, sitting on the toilet bowl, trying to do my “business” while I surf the Net and at the same time, listening to Yahoo! online music. I wonder if my neighbor could hear the music.. if they could, well.. they must be cursing at me right now. It’s 4:38 in the morning by the way. (the music isn’t that loud, by the way..)
I’m irritated. Very irritated. At myself. Yes. I hate myself. I hate being a woman. At least for this week lah.
Do you wanna know why?
First of all, I blew up a RM50 shopping voucher for Esprit. Yesterday was the last day for the voucher and I didn’t get to spend it. (I could’ve bought an umbrella with that!) Then I missed the MAC launching of their new makeup collection – Smoke Signals. AND I’m in PAIN.
UWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!
It’s THAT time of the month again. *sigh* *sigh* *sigh* While other “normal” women would not feel anything, I, on the other hand, cringe and cry like a baby whenever this “time” comes. Grrrrr. Is that even normal to have such pain??? At times like this, all I wanna do is stay at home, lie on the bed (and die). I don’t wanna go out because I feel fat and I don’t have any clothes to wear. My hair looks ugly. My face bloats. I’m in an extreme bad mood that the only words I could think of was cussing words!
I accidentally kicked the table’s end. f*ck!
I dropped the ice cream on my bed. sh*t!
I couldn’t find my cellphone. k*mak!
See? Basically, cuss was the only thing that comes to mind when something goes wrong. Grrr. Anyway, I better get off this bowl before my butt bloats and I start to cuss again. I can’t even do “the business”. Will blog again when the mood is much better. :((

Go and check with doc babe. See what doc have to say about your monthly pain.Mine is just a normal pain when it comes to “bendera jepun”..but its been 2 months that it has not been on time..lambat,kadang kadang sampai satu minggu…celaka!

i’ve never had menstrual pain that really make me go craizeeeeeeeee..but, i do have friends that complaint the same thing like what u felt cindy…and yes, it can go worst.
hehe…u know, urg tua ckp..the pain would gradually ease away when u got married…hehehe..if u know what i mean…

I am sure you now feel better after all the curs, aren’t you? the thing I am trying to draw up in my mind is how you can do your business and surf at the same time lol because… I have to be very concentrated to do both things hahaha

Yeah, like Massy said.. roll a warm bottled water in stomach, at the same time drink plenty of warm water. It normally helps.

hey cindy, hope you’re feeling much better now. Syura gets really bad pains during that “time of the month”.. and I always kesian her because she’s in soooo much pain. It looks more painful than giving birth.
Anyways, the only tip I can give you is a week before your menses, you could cut down on salt and cold drinks and increase abdominal exercises. Apparently, it should help alot.

You, go to a doctor.
Have your hormones checked.
When you expect your monthlies, eat less salt. Some people feel better that way. Less bloated.
I had the same and it turned out my uterus was turned backwards. Some simple exercises really helped me.
I have changed the url of my private blog, but the main page leads to it, so it shouldn’t be a problem.
Hope to be back to normal blogging now. The last one is going to school tomorrow and the oldest is moving out this weekend or early next week.

I was once told by my fren’s doctor bro that drinking Nescafe helps to ease the pain (thks to the caffein content)…nah nah..drinking coffee isn’t that bad after all oh…ada jua kebaikan dia…hee..Hope your misery is gone by now…take care!
