I’m just saying that to comfort myself. These whole week, I’ve been neglecting my exercise and I feel really bad about it. Before hitting the sack at night, I keep telling myself I’m gonna exercise the first thing I wake up tomorrow! And then I was at the computer the first thing when I wake up next morning. Call me lazy piglet, I don’t care. I really AM being lazy lately and I have no one to blame but my unhealthy stomach.
There, I’ve said it. I put the blame on my stomach. Stupid gastric. If it wasn’t for you, I would’ve skipped lots of meals. I would’ve been skinny. I would’ve been… healthier!
Anyway, I managed to push myself to exercise yesterday. It was a short 10 minutes workout. On the 5th minute of aerobics, I was already panting. By the 10th minute, it felt like my whole bones are going to crack. I was complaining to thin air the whole 20 minute or so.
“I cannot lah!”
“Wah… die.. die..”
Those were amongst the words that came off my mouth while I jump, stretch, punch and who knows what else I did. Eii.. if this continues, I think I’ll stop exercising and opt for a hoodia patch instead. Seems like Hoodia is an IN-thing these days amongst the women. But anyway, I’ll try to do some aerobics again later in the evening. It looks like it’s working for me – in terms of making me tired and sleepy. It’s 7 in the morning now and I am finally sleepy.

try to exercise with a group of frens. it will definitely motivates u better.

doiii…at least u have work out schedule Cindy.
the only exercise i do everyday is climbing up and down the stairs of our 1-storey school building. But since we have a Pondok Guru on ground floor…makin jarang lah exercise tangga. LOL
