It’s Hari Raya already! All the happy kids would be playing with fireworks, mothers busying themselves with the food preparations while the father.. er.. trying out their new outfit in front of the mirror. (LOL, just kidding!) Fathers would normally busy themselves with the house decorations. Fixing Raya lamps and all.. (I think)

As usual, Raya brings both happy and sad feelings. Happy because this is the day where we get to celebrate Raya with our Muslim family and friends: lots of foods to eat, lots of kuih makmur! Sad because… well, it’s something very personal so I’m afraid I couldn’t share it with you. Maybe some day lah.

PS: Kay if you’re reading this.. I actually plan to buy you a watch for Christmas. A Lange Sohne one, but after finding out the price (and almost died of a self-induced heart attack), I think I’ll skip that for the time being. Maybe something much cheaper, ok? *heehee*
