Dieting Is No Fun At All

I hate being on diet.

I wanna eat meat.

I wanna eat cupcakes.

I’m dying for a float rootbeer.

I’m sick of baked beans, apples and veggies.

I wanna eat RICE!!!!!!!!

makan saja nasi bah.. (o: like this lah – u makan half of the portion u used to eat… if i don’t eat rice for a few days kan macam ‘something missing’ (o: and why torture yourself? go ahead and treat yourself a cupcake today.. (o; (weekends no diet2 ah) and what’s wrong with eating meat a few times a week? Life is too short to be miserable like this kann..

ethel: Ya bah, come to think of it, sengsaranya makan like this. Maybe I should go with your suggestion. Get those cupcakes and eat everything in half. :D

I dun like eating confinement food! :*( Yeah, yeah.. I know I’ll have my mom to thank laaattterrr in life but right now, :*( !!

Oooo.. you know what? Saw a friend recently, damn skinny oredi. She says she’s drinking this “something” that stops carbs from turning into sugar and eventually fat. I don’t know whether it’s safe or not. So, let’s check up on her again next year, hoh?? hahaha.. okay, that was a tad bit mean!

ethel: Ohh.. I know a pill that does that tho. It’s called “Starch Stopper”. It’s supposed to block those starch (carbs) from turning into fat.. something like that. I tried that one (LOL) but it doesn’t work also! HAHAHAHA!

Now tell me what did she have!!!! :B



oohhh, you know what cindy, my friend J told me that her friend (who used to be really big) got injected with ‘stuff’ around her tummy area. A few thousand RMs you know (macamRM5k ka tu). Trus buli kurus konon.. Eeeh.. dangerous oh, bagus lagi makan half portions, lagi dapat jimat duit! hahaha macam saya, skarang got more money to shop rather than buying fizzy drinks, ice creams all the time. :P

and oh, have you tried the OSIM Uzap? :B

ethel: Yai.. inject something into the tummy? Is that safe? Might as well go for liposuction. Hehehehe..

Osim uZap? Yeah, in fact.. I have the Osim uZap King lagi. LOL. I did post about it here in this blog. But honestly, sia malas-malas bah pakai that. Maybe I’ll just pass it to my mother.. LOL! I don’t think it’s working for me at all.. =/

ethel: How la dis. Malas exercise, sakit hati when diet.. is there anything else I can do? You know, I went to Guardian the other day asking for that slimming pill – Hydroxycut. Surprisingly, they do not have it. LOL!!

:D Ya dieting is no fun, but no need to suffer.. Hehe just need to cut down what we need to eat. I myself are starting to watch out my weight, just lost at 4 kg last month.. Eat moderately (No need to stop from eating cupcake, eat a small amount –> self discipline), eat rice sparingly (half of what you usually eat, what I did is I try to eat rice only 3 times a week and half the usual amount), drink of plenty water, exercise (need to keep fit and burn some calory) and sure guarantee never eat at night if possible (if cannot then eat fruits or drink hehe)…

kesian you. well I think you don’t need to make yourself suffer. Like everybody say, cut the usual amount you use to take and excercise…excercise… believe me yo can feel the difference. :yes: ringan o rasa badan if you excercise regularly. lol

ethel: I’ve been exercising almost daily 2 weeks ago.. but then, laziness got the best out of me. hehehe.. However, come to think of it, maybe I should get back into exercise. =/

Cindy, try Atkins Diet. I have colleagues who tried it and it really works on all of them! I think there were like 6 or more of my colleagues who tried it. One even lost 40kg in 3 mths time! Yeah, am no kidding. The ban on carbo is crucial only the first 2 weeks. After that you can start slowly again…Anyway, do read about it first la hehe…but if all fails. Don’t worry too much as people will love you for who you are and not how you look ;p

ethel: 40kg? Wow.. that’s a lot! My aim is to lose 20kg only. :-P Hmm.. maybe I should try Atkins diet. Thanks, Aunty J!
