The lady who read my palm many years ago must’ve told the truth when she said: “You will spend money like water.” Like I mentioned in my other blog before, I am a shoppaholic in denial. I tend to shop till I almost drop, shop when I’m feeling down, shop when I have money in my purse.. shop when I have saved enough for something.
Now the thing is, I have been wanting to buy a DSLR camera, a pen tablet, go for a vacation, buy expensive gifts for my family (like maybe an IWC watch for my daddy) and so many more.. but by the time I’ve saved enough for money any of those, I tend to want to spend them on other, unnecessary stuff.
Take for instance last week. Right after buying these stuff, I went back home and bought perfume online. Then the next day, I spent $100 (about RM330) on scented candles alone. And last night.. my fingers were itching to get a DSLR camera, I almost bought one online too!! Ooooohh.. the temptations! If it weren’t for the thought of saving some money for vacation, I would’ve bought that DSLR last night!!
Maybe I should stop browsing the Internet for a while.. it’s crazy!

My gawd, you’re starting to scare me! Careful with the spending Cindy. I know it’s tempting and it feels great but not to the point of getting a DSLR online. Go to Low Yat and get one. Kasi puas your temptation there.. Hihihi..
And tell me, why do you need RM330 worth of scented candles? I’m just curios…..
ethel: LOL, I don’t know myself. I love collecting candles since I was a kid, only at this age, I collect scented candles. Since both Yankee and Woodwick candles are not available in Malaysia, I had to buy them online. So many scents to choose from, I cannot makeup my mind and I end up buying a few scents. Vanilla, balsam, buttercream, Christmas cookies etc. Plus the shipping, it cost me RM330. :-(
I like my room to smell nice. :-P
