..that’s how my niece, Joanne would greet me whenever she sees me. Joanne is the daughter of my cousin, Jerry. She lost her mother to cancer at a very young age of 8 months.
Tomorrow, I might be heading to Penampang, to my aunt’s house – where Joanne now lives. We’re celebrating All Soul’s Day on the 2nd of November and we’re having a family gathering on that day, to honor my late grandmama.
Now I’m thinking of buying some early birthday gift for Joanne. I know her birthday is somewhere mid November, I think lah. Haha. And since she’s a girl aged 2 (or was it 3??) I think I should get her something cute and pink. I’m thinking of this one:

I wonder if we can find something similar in Sabah? In Kota Kinabalu more precisely.. Cutelah.. can imagine having Joanne sitting on one. She’d definitely love it – and I might even get a big smile from her cute little face saying:
