..and now that we have the brand new Biggest Loser Asia! Yay!
It’s sooo good to know that I am not the only person on earth who’s overweight. Better, I’m not even obese as compared to most of the participants. But hats off to them all, they have the will and strength to change their look and improve their health by willing to participate in these series. They’re giving me the willpower to lose some weight as well by just watching them on TV!
The previous series (Biggest Loser Asia) shows how much weight a person could lose in 2 weeks by exercising alone (without any help from thermogenic fat burner pills at all!). They are the living proof that weight can off from exercising and diet itself.. and I have to start practicing that! :-D

I love watching Biggest Loser. At lest ada motivated sikit to lose weight. I’m trying to make my bro to work out, he’s reaching obese.

The biggest challenge would be to see if they can keep up what they learned after the show!
