By the way, the recipe will be written in Malay because I am too lazy to translate it. But if you don’t understand Malay and would like to try out this recipe, just send me an email and I will give you the English version. :-)

Biskut Cornflakes

1 buku butter atau marjerin (but I prefer butter)
½ cawan gula
2½ cawan tepung naik sendiri
½ kotak cornflakes
Papercups
Ceri (untuk hiasan)

Cara:

1. Pukul butter & gula hingga kembang
2. Masukkan tepung & cornflakes
3. Sudukan dalam papercup, hias dengan ceri
4. Bakar selama 20 minit

Give it a try, I guarantee you.. it’s really YUMMY!!!! Easy and simple to do, right? :-P The ingredients are so much cheaper than getting an rv insurance quote too!

But today yesterday and today was different, because smarty me accidentally found a Malay stall that sells nasi campur! WOOHOOO.. what joy!! And the best part was, their price are really economy! (That means I could save a lot of $$. *heehee*) I can foresee myself being a loyal customer to them, for at least another month. :-D

And for now, I’m contemplating whether or not to eat the cupcakes my brother had lovingly bought for me.

He bought like 6 cute cupcakes for me.. Isn’t he nice? Hehehe.. And isn’t it cute? (the CUPCAKE I mean) So cute that I couldn’t bring myself to eat it… :-P Ah well, maybe I’ll just pass it for now and eat it later tonight. Ingredients
15 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies , crushed
3 cups cold milk
2 pkg. (4 serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1 (12 ounce) tub COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
3 CAMEO Creme Sandwich Cookies
Decorating gel
5 candy pumpkins
10 pieces candy corn

Directions
1. Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Let stand 5 min. Gently stir in 3 cups of the whipped topping and half of the cookie crumbs. Spread evenly into 13×9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with the remaining cookie crumbs.

2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Meanwhile, decorate creme sandwich cookies with decorating gel to resemble tombstones. Set aside until ready to use.

3. Insert decorated cookies into top of dessert just before serving. Add candies. Drop large spoonfuls of the remaining whipped topping onto dessert to resemble ghosts. Cover and store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

Macam senang saja bikin kan? Heheh. I shall try this one someday – if I can find the bahan-bahan lah. :-P

Ad: Protect your beloved car collection with car covers!

Yes, I made that chocolate cake I posted a few days ago. Muahahaha! Not bad lah the taste, tasted really chocolaty. Well I’m no big fan of anything chocolate, so I probably won’t be eating this much. But I must admit, the chocolate toppings tasted real good! :-P

Ad: Christmas is coming soon. Anyone in need of new home theater furniture?

Ingredients (for the cake):
1 ¾ cup flour
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda bicarbonate
1 cup vegetable oil
½ can evaporated milk
3 eggs (beaten)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup of boiling water

Ingredients (for the topping):
150g cooking chocolate
50g butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp sugar
¼ cup of fresh milk

PS: Ada sembahyang rosary di rumah kami on the 29th. I think I’m gonna bake this for them (and for myself. LOL) I’m sure after this, I’m gonna need a looooot of fat burners to clear off those extra pounds. :þ

Well uhm, it actually doesn’t look that way – this was after we plucked the leaves from it’s stem. It’s a kind of local delicacy, vegetable for us local Sabahan. (Probably amongst the Kadazan-Dusun people only.. Correct me if I’m wrong?) Taste wise? I dunno how to explain, but it’s yummy lah! Else, come over and I’ll let you try some. Ha! Ha! Ha! Sorry, am not really the right person to refer to when it comes to food taste. :-P

We actually had this vege yesterday evening, cooked by my mom. Sedap oh.. lama ndak makan bah ni. I’m not sure what Lomiding is in English, can anyone tell me?

Ad: Anyone in need of some digital signage?

Whenever I lurk into those skinny websites online, I feel like an obese, like a cute pink hippo compared to those stick-like supermodels, yet, I just couldn’t stop eating. Blame my long history of gastric, whenever I stop eating, they hurt me tummy.

Wanna know the best part? Despite all the hatred, I went out and bought these for myself today:

Gawd I hate myself. I REALLY need to sign up for gym soon ..but I hate going there alone. Anyone wanna be my gym partner? Muahahahaha! (I’m serious!) Imagine YOU and ME, gossiping exchanging diet menu ideas while working out on the threadmill. Wouldn’t it be fun?? :-P

Anyway. I think I need a new haircut. Maybe an Ah lian type of haircut. It probably won’t cost a lot, maybe just the price of a room in cheap hotels. Hehe..

Now let’s see what I can find on the virtual makeover sites…

And so, I decided to think of something else that would make me happy. Money. :-P Apparently, I haven’t been posting any paid posts lately due to my laziness busy schedule. Hehehe.. Oh have I mentioned? That FOOD can make you happy too. (No wonder they call it.. comfort food. Hmmm…)

Well, I’ve made a pledge to donate “something” to my church in Kunak. I can’t say what it is that I’m giving tho, because it is a “pledge”, not something to “brag about”. :-P

Anyway, I spent my time watching a marathon of Brothers & Sisters on my Notebook. It was kind of fun at first, locked myself in the room so I don’t get to do or say mean stuff to anyone that gets on my way.. but then, I was not well fed. LOL! So what I did was I paused the show, went downstairs to the kitchen and start baking me some cupcakes!

Just mini cupcakes with simple icing top (because I was too lazy and I wanted something fast). So this is the result:

I did the icing myself while waiting for the cupcakes to bake in the oven.
Pretty neat, huh? :-P
