So I had a plan for this weekend. Bunny and I was supposed to spend the weekend at my brother’s tonight. We were going to cook up a storm in the kitchen – me and my brother’s partner that is – and for the first time, I was gonna cook for everyone! I even listed out the recipes for him (my brother) since he’s gonna do the grocery shopping. Oh, everything was supposed to be wonderful..until Bunny texted me yesterday:

“Love, I’m performing with M at xx tonight in conjunction of their Gawai celebration”

Crash! Boom! Bang! Imaginary pots and pans fell on my head.

Who am I gonna join tonight? My brother’s been texting me about this. I think he’s looking forward to taste my cooking see his sister. He even suggested to fetch me later this evening and spend the night at his place. But what about Bunny? He wants me to be at xx with him too. It’s a Gawai performance..

I’m torn between two lovers… lol

Anyway, my body chose to gimme a heck of a stomachache today by having period. On the day I was supposed to cook/Gawai. *sigh* But the good news is, there won’t be any birth announcements soon from me. Ha! Ha! Ha!

OK lah, mau urus dulu mukaku yang dah lama terbiar ni.

You find it hard to talk to your loved ones right now. You feel abandoned or misunderstood. But the truth is that there is more understanding and compassion than you can see at first. Someone may suggest a get-away or some fun and distraction – go for it.

Eh, the talking part was kinda right but feeling abandoned? Misunderstood? No lahhh… Didn’t feel that way this morning when Bunny left quickly because he was late for work. Tho I wish he’d stay and called in sick because the weather was reeeeeeally good this morning – it rained! :-D

Anyway, I love the last part of the horoscope statement: Someone may suggest a get-away or some fun and distraction. Woot! Who could it be? Where? When??? I hope it’s one of my family member. I’ve been dying for another family vacation ni! Bosan sudah duduk rumah browsing pages (sometimes looking at acne treatment procedures just for the sake of it).. I wanna go for a vacation!!

You know, the economy is so bad I could hardly shop online these days. It’s not that I couldn’t afford it.. but it’s more like, I dare NOT shop online as often as I used to simply because I am trying to save some money for rainy days. Almost everything I see on the counter at the stores are more expensive than what it used to be. How am I gonna survive or build my own family like this??

And because of that, every opportunity to make extra bucks I saw, I grab it. Especially when it’s online and earning in US Dollar. *hee* Like this one opportunity that my friend recommended me. I’m pretty busy today actually, but like Bunny said, “take it easy, love”. And taking easy I am! Taking a break, having a sip of the orange juice I got from “On The Run” cafe yesterday. Also munching on the roasted chicken panini as I’m typing this. Hmmm.. the smell’s pretty strong lah! I think I have to wipe clean my notebook’s keypads after this. :-P

Well, I have to be thankful to God for the job that I have right now which allows me to stay at home and still earn money for the living. (By the way, I’m not working as a software development person like most of you think – people actually email me with that question!)

Speaking of work, I think it’s time to get back to work. *hihihihi*

What the? I really hate not knowing what the heck that thing is, but even more irritating, I hate knowing that I HAD to see the physician or maybe a skin specialist to really find out what it is. I sure do hope it’s not mesothelioma! Eek!!

I love, love, love, love cupcakes. I’m a sucker for cupcakes and anything related to cupcakes. Cupcakes wrapper, cupcakes website, cupcakes book.. even cupcake making kit. I practically drooled all over my notebook when I saw that.

Owh.. they’re only $19.90. Who shall I beg to get this for free? My brother perhaps? But he still owes me that Pottery Barn dress form! Err.. Bunny perhaps? Or mummy? Daddy maybe! Ha! Ha! Ha!

Gonna add that into my Christmas wish list. For all I know, I’ll end up getting a laundry hamper instead. Hah!

By the way, did you know that there’s some Ekspo Mega Belilah Barangan Buatan Malaysia going on at KL Convention Centre? I didn’t know until Bunny told me he was asked to perform there!

Jeffrey Yong of GIM Music – the guy who made Bunny’s Sapetar – requested him to perform with his Sapetar and at the same time introduce to the patrons of the Ekspo how a local handmade hybrid guitar (sape + guitar) sounds like.

Well I must say, me and a bunch of Bunny’s friends actually laughed at him that night – but I can’t say why. Bunny’s gonna kill me if I tell you. LOL!

OK lah, time to mandi. Berendam-rendam in the tub maybe and mess around with the water and soaps. (Wish I have a Grohe faucets brand. They look pretty neat!) Right after I’m gonna make myself lunch and then proceed to my 2nd design project. =___=

By the time I was done with the laundry, I could feel a damning pain in my stomach. Seriously — I was crying so hard that I think the neighbors thought that I had been shot or something.

I want to finish all this up by saying that I will not tell Bunny what happened today. He warned me last night not to do the laundry and get a lot of rest, yet, here I am, ignoring every bits of his advice. :-P

Eh by the way, the Jack Daniels he offered me last night still sits on the table. Maybe I should drink that one up. It’ll probably get the pain away. Who knows, that tiny glass of JD might work wonders.. and for all I know, I’d be hitting up the bar soon! LOL

Web designs, piling laundry, a lonely and hungry cat and my own empty stomach – those are the few things that I need to do and tend to today. Oh and not forgetting the Gawai photos too. Bunny had been telling me these past 2 days (and once again this morning when he woke up!) to upload some of the photos to either my blog or Facebook. He said he’d arranged it all in specific folders. Yah, specific folders he did. The only problem is, it was filed in Iban language.. and I do not speak Iban! >___<

The path I was on leads to the river which serves as the main source of water for the people in the rumah panjang (long house). Don’t ask me why I looked the way I look in the photo. I can hardly remember. It’s probably caused by my mom who kept texting me “Stay off the river!” -_-

And yes, I know. Judging from the photo, I DO need some help from diet pill especially now that I’ve gained 1kg from that recent trip. :-P
